Currently, about a hundred companies and customs from five countries use this solution.

Logistics company AOS introduces the technology solution tracking cargoes and transport. IBM Blockchain and Watson IoT are used as the base.

The peculiarity of the technology is that trucks with high-frequency RFID sensors are not just read by the system, but are objects of the Internet of things. All information on the movement of goods is available for viewing in distributed registries.

Based on the foregoing, the main use of blockchain in logistics is the control of the supply chain. However, the “block chain” is also used in robomics. The concept of smart cities, which directly emerges from the Internet of things, implies contacts between closed systems. Communications should be carried out using reliable and controlled channels, which is blockchain. Thus, the robots will begin to provide each other services, including battery refueling and equipment repair. It is believed that robonics is the most promising area of ​​ the concept development of the Internet of things and blockchain.
